By using Nooborn ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Nooborn is

Nooborn is a parenting coaching and tracking app designed for first-time parents. It provides general information, tracking tools, and AI-powered analysis features.

2. What Nooborn is not

Nooborn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app provides general parenting information and tracking tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, pediatrician, midwife, or other qualified health provider with any questions about your or your baby's health.

If you believe your baby is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) immediately.

3. AI features disclaimer

The AI-powered features (diaper analysis, voice logging) use artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and parse input. AI can make mistakes. Always verify AI-generated content with your own judgment. Do not rely on AI analysis for medical decisions.

4. Your data

Your data belongs to you. All tracking data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app for its intended purpose: personal baby tracking and parenting guidance. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its content.

6. Content

The educational content in Nooborn (weekly updates, tips, quizzes) is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Content should not replace professional medical guidance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooborn and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
