Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your iPhone. We never see it, and it never leaves your device (unless you choose to use the optional AI features or export your data).
How do I export my data?
Go to the Us tab, then tap Export. You can select date ranges and log types, then share the export with any app (including AI assistants for analysis).
How do I pair with my partner?
Go to the Us tab and tap "Pair with Partner." Both phones need to be nearby. One person creates an invite code, the other enters it. Data syncs directly between your phones.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the Nooborn app from your iPhone. Since all data is stored locally, this permanently removes everything. There is no cloud backup to worry about.
Does Nooborn work offline?
Yes. All tracking, logging, and content works without an internet connection. The only features that require internet are the AI diaper analysis and AI voice parsing.
Is Nooborn available in Korean?
Yes. Nooborn is fully bilingual in English and Korean. You can switch languages in the onboarding flow or in Settings.
I found a bug. What do I do?
Email support@nooborn.com with a description of what happened and what you expected. Screenshots help. We'll fix it.
